Oct 07, 2024Under its new ownership, REcolorado MLS rolled out a new Participation Agreement that agents, lawyers and consultants say grants co-ownership of an agent’s listings data, giving REcolorado the right to deny an agent access to their data feed. REcolorado denies that the agreement does either of these things.
