I am trying to reset my password but never received the email to reset, what do I do?
If you do not see the email in your spam or email quarantine folder, the email might be blocked. If you are locked out of your account, please reach out to the customer service team for further assistance — [email protected].

I am an HW+ member, why am I not receiving the magazine?
There are various reasons why an HW+ member might not be receiving the magazine. Some options include if you have an incomplete home address on your profile, an address with a P.O box, or an old home address. If you want to check if your profile is complete, go to “My Account” > under the “Profile Tab” you can edit your address information > click on “Save changes” once you are done. If the issue continues to occur, please reach out to your local post office or email our customer support email: [email protected].

I purchased a group membership through the self-service portal on the website, how do I send the individual users their login information?
Once you’re logged into the main account, go to “My Account” > under the “General Tab” press the “Manage” drop down > click on “Manage Shared Accounts” > press on the mail icon for each account.

How do I get a copy of the receipt for my HW+ membership?
Once you’re logged in to the website, go to your account and click on the “transactions” tab. Next to your transaction, you’ll see an option to send a receipt to your email. There will also be an option to download a PDF of your receipt.
