Urban Financial of America today announced that longtime wholesale account executive Jonathan Scarpati has been named as vice president of wholesale lending for the top-10 reverse mortgage lender overall, and top wholesale lender for the past two years.
In his new role, Scarpati will oversee all of Urban’s account executives. He brings 10 years of reverse mortgage experience and has been with Urban Financial since 2010.
“Jonathan’s business acumen and leadership skills are equaled by his focus on customer service,” said Sherry Apanay, chief sales officer for the company. “As UFA’s top producing account executive for the past three years, it’s a natural transition.”
Scarpati worked previously as vice president of sales for Senior Lending Network.
Urban welcomed him to the new role.
