Reverse mortgage lender Open Mortgage today announced the opening of new reverse mortgage headquarters in Atlanta to be led by Joe Morris, senior vice president of reverse lending for the company.
Based in Austin, Texas, Open Mortgage says the expansion will allow for better efficiencies in processing for originators and customers.
“The Atlanta area is a great banking hub to locate our infrastructure team for the underwriting, shipping, and funding functions of our business.” Morris said. “The momentum of our team growth assures our valued senior clients the excellent customer service that they deserve in order to achieve their financial solutions for the best time of their lives, their golden years.”
The headquarters are located in Douglasville, outside of Atlanta. The company recently hired Morris to help drive expansion in the reverse business under the leadership of Open Mortgage CEO Scott Gordon.
