Generation Mortgage Company (GMC) has launched a new loan origination platform with the aim to improve its services for the originators it works with.
The company announced Friday the release of its web-based loan origination platform, Orchestrator® by Mortgage Cadence, designed to improve services for the company’s partners.
The new platform provides online features that the company hopes will increase growth opportunities for reverse mortgage originators.
Features include some elimination of downloads; improved pipeline management tools; enhanced product comparison; imaging and workflow tools; increased security; and improved documentation preparation via Finale® Document Services.
GMC has also implemented a training offering via its “GMC University” interface. Through the “University,” partners will be able to view training videos and schedule live training sessions.
“Our goal is to constantly increase the ease of using our services so that our partners can maximize the opportunity to grow and thrive in the industry,” said Walt Carter, Generation chief information officer.
GMC will transition to Orchestrator® on March 1, 2013.
