On the heels of announcing Generation Mortgage is building its West Coast sales team, the company said Wednesday it has also hired three new retail sales team members in the central region of the United States.
Generation has hired Gail Hawkins as Missouri area manager, Bill Niehaus in Colorado and Peggy Stout in Utah. Each of the new team members nu62sm certified, meaning they are trained to use the new Generation software to help prospective borrowers understand the reverse mortgage consumption option that will best meet their needs, Generation said.
“Over the past year, we have made great strides in expanding our retail sales division, and the addition of Gail, Bill and Peggy to our team is the next stage of our growth,” said Generation Chief Sales Officer Cheryl MacNally. “Together, these professionals have more than 40 years of conversion mortgage experience, and their expertise will help Generation as we continue to gain market share in the HECM industry.”
Generation rolled out its nu62sm propriety software in late 2013 and recently refreshed its website with the aim of shifting consumer perceptions about reverse mortgages and their role in retirement planning.
