Alex Kutsishin: Can my lender partner help me with lead generation? So why don’t we ask a question? What if you are able to give your agents more referrals in a single month than they can give to you an entire year? Why are we asking this question? Well, you guys remember the name of this entire presentation, right? The exclusivity effect. How do you get your agents to be exclusive with you? What do you have to do? I’d imagine I could probably stop, drop the mic walk away and say, “Hey, if you can give them more referrals in one month than they give to you in a year, you’re going to be exclusive.”

By the way, if you’re not getting insights on your customers today, as a smart lender, as an organization in 2021, you’re doing yourself a disservice. You’re doing everyone on your team a disservice. As an organization, you’re doing all of them a disservice because this is now available. And it’s not hard to get. It’s not hard to automate and bring this to life.
