The Realtors Property Resource, which went live November, is a free resource for members of the National Association of Realtors. RPR is a robust database of information for real estate professionals, intended to benefit NAR members.

However, AGBeat published an opinion editorial reporting that, as a member of NAR, the partnerships and certifications offered via RPR still remain foggy in regards to how they will benefit NAR members.

“Realtor dues fund RPR, which members pay every year. It utilizes MLS data, which for most of us, is another round of dues. And who knows how many agents have ponied up for the BPO-R certification? This is not a “free” anything for Realtor members; we simply aren’t cutting a check directly to RPR,” AGBeat wrote.
