It’s been a rough two days for Kevin Hymes.The now-disbarred lawyer, who previously admitted to taking part in a $66 million mortgage fraud scheme involving several properties in Westchester County, was sentenced Monday to two years in federal prison, then pleaded guilty to separate charges in Westchester County Court less than 24 hours later.
