Norcom Mortgage announced AllRegs would publish its retail and correspondent lending library of mortgage underwriting guidelines, the company said.

Using AllReg’s technology, users can navigate through the library using a variety of productivity tools, including an electronic table of contents, guidelines and forms. 

The library is available to the company’s internal staff and business partners and includes a range of topics from general requirements and appraisal standards to government loans and conforming conventional loans.
