The fundamentals of the multifamily housing sector are expected to remain positive for the foreseeable future, according to Tom Lowder, CEO of Colonial Properties Trust.

Lowder revealed this prediction in his latest interview with REIT.com

Lowder told the publication this is one of the best cycles the multifamily sector has experienced in a while.

Not only is traffic up at various properties, rents are higher and delinquency rates remain low.
