John D. McIntyre, a senior vice president and chief residential appraiser for the William Fall Group, has been appointed to the Ohio Real Estate Appraiser Board.
Ohio Gov. John Kasich appointed McIntyre for a term that runs from Aug. 3 of this year to June 30, 2015.
McIntyre is a certified residential appraiser in Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky.
The Ohio Appraiser Board oversees and maintains appraisal licensing and regulations in the state.
McIntyre is already associated with the Appraisal Institute and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers of Northwest Ohio and The Toledo Board of Realtors.
