Davidson Mortgage Services, an independent mortgage broker operating in Lexington, has been bought by Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises.
Homeowners, based in Columbia, S.C., is a full-service regional mortgage-banking company serving customers in the Carolinas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
