Fannie Mae announced several changes and promotions in its risk organization and multifamily business.

Kimberly Johnson was promoted to deputy chief risk officer and chief credit officer. Previously, Johnson was senior vice president for multifamily capital markets and pricing. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading credit risk management oversight for the enterprise.

Manny Menendez was appointed to Johnson’s position in multifamily capital markets. In his last role, he was senior vice president and head of multifamily customer engagement.

Additionally, Hilary Provinse is now head of multifamily customer engagement. Previously, she reported to Menendez as a vice president in the multifamily customer engagement team.
