EverBank Financial Corp., a thrift holding company headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., plans to raise up to $200 million through an initial public offering of stock, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing on Friday. In its preliminary prospectus, the company did not say how many shares it plans to sell or at what price it might sell them.
