Bernanke incites mystery over Fed stimulus exit

The Federal Reserve may choose to hold the bonds on its balance sheet to maturity as part of a review of the exit strategy from quantitative easing. 

Removing asset sales from the exit plan means that the Fed would stop prices from accelerating by relying primarily on its ability-to-repay interest on the chase it holds for banks.
