No longer involved with day-to-day operations, Skrzynski instead uses his auction acumen as a company strategist to create new initiatives, such as the company’s live auction interact event, where sellers review offers and make decisions in real-time, and programs such as Build Your Own Bulk, which lets investors buy in bulk on the platform with only one buyer’s premium fee. His team also created and manages the new online bidding process for third party sales in Ohio, replacing the traditional in-person auction.
