New American Funding, a national mortgage banker, announced that it will expand with a new branch opening in Orlando, Florida.

The new location will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday at 6 p.m. The new office is located at 7600 Dr. Phillips Blvd. Suite 46 in Orlando.

It will deal in residential home loans in Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, Winter Garden and surrounding communities. It will have a variety of offerings such as purchase and refinance loan offerings.

This news comes just a few days after the company announced its expansion in the Midwest with its new office in St. Robert, Missouri.

New American also placed a new branch manager, Miguel Mouriz [pictured below], to lead the new location.

This new office marks the second Florida branch for New American. This first office is located in Kissimmee, Florida.
