The migration of former Yahoo! (YHOO) executives to is continuing, as the online real estate marketplace announced the addition of Aman Kothari as the company’s new chief financial officer.

Kothari joins after spending 12 years at Yahoo, most recently serving as senior vice president, global controller and chief accounting officer.

At, Kothari will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and growth strategies. He will be based at’s Silicon Valley offices in Belmont, California, and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Tim Morse, who also joined from Yahoo, in 2014.

“Aman played an integral role in many significant transactions during his tenure at Yahoo! and I’m excited to be working with him again,” Morse said. “With his expertise, dedication and enthusiasm, he’ll be a fantastic addition to’s leadership team as we continue to build the world's leading online real estate marketplace.”

Before working at Yahoo, Kothari was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
