Zillow points out that Perry made a nice profit on the sale, since he bought the 9,725-square-foot manse for $9.6 million in 2006.

AOL Real Estate writes, "The property's grandiose pool can be viewed from an underwater window in the nightclub/lounge and billiards area. There's a glass catwalk inside, which doubles as the ceiling of the wine cellar. The four-bedroom, six-bathroom home also has a large media room and a chef's kitchen with the very best appliances."
