Interactive Mortgage Advisors is offering $50-$70 million per month Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae co-issue residential mortgage servicing rights.

This offering is presented on behalf of a Texas mortgage banking entity with strong financials, IMA states. 

Prospective purchasers are invited to submit bids in the form of a pricing matrix to allow the seller to sell loans direct to Fannie, Freddie and Ginnie and simultaneously sell the servicing under a monthly co-issue structure.   

This offering portfolio includes 99% retail originations, of which 60% are located in Texas. These are brand new originations with an average FICO score of 730.
