Lender Processing Services, a provider of integrated technology and services to the mortgage and real estate industries, launched new mortgage insurance products through the LPS Loan Quality Gateway.

The product allows customers to place automated orders for MI products for reduced processing time and fewer manual errors.

LPS Loan Quality Gateway offers a technology platform that provides integrations, data management, decisioning and the workflow management solutions needed for current and emerging loan quality programs. Lenders are now able to access new MI products through LPS to order rate quotes; eligibility and rate quote checks; and MI certificates.

The new MI products enhance the loan origination services currently available on the LPS Loan Quality Gateway, such as closing services, verifications of income and loan quality analytics.

“This new enhancement offers lenders more accurate, standardized and efficient selection of mortgage insurance, while helping them better meet the challenges of new regulations and requirements for overall loan quality,” said LPS Chief Operating Officer Dan Scheuble.
