A foreclosure defense attorney who is reportedly the subject of an investigation into missing client funds has disappeared, according to Law360.
The news agency says Timothy McCabe, 55, a partner at McCabe & Samiljan in Lake Worth, Fla., was reported missing by his wife on April 5.
