Fannie Mae informed servicers of a new business portal featuring consumer outreach materials designed to inform borrowers who are eligible for the Home Affordable Refinance Program.
The portal will eventually feature consumer-focused letters, postcards, statement inserts and FAQ pages that servicers can use to engage qualified borrowers.
The business center also creates an option for firms to customize the forms using their own lender logos alongside Fannie Mae’s branding.
