Keichinger has strengthened the foundation for Coldwell Banker brand marketing. She was at the forefront of new initiatives, including the launch of the brand’s 2022 Seller Strategy and “Dream” ad campaign, which were designed to uncork the housing market by showing sellers the power they hold and encouraging them to reach for their dream home. To support the campaign, Keichinger spearheaded marketing and advertising assets including a video advertisement and a ColdwellBanker.com website refresh that offers new tools designed for sellers. She also outlined a targeted media plan to showcase the “Dream” ad campaign on major media platforms, including its debut during the 2022 March Madness Tournament, and drive sellers to the brand-new Coldwell Banker website. Keichinger’s guidance and industry knowledge led to a successful campaign launch with 34 pieces of earned media coverage and over 206 million impressions. Her media plans have led to dynamic media units for real estate and fostered brand integrations with top-tier partners like NBC, 20th Century Fox, MLB and Samsung.
