Katie Vinck is an instrumental part of the fulfillment team for Synergy One Lending. Vinck is a senior underwriter focused on conventional, FHA, VA and bond transactions. In 2021 she underwrote 2,000 transactions with zero significant quality defects. While on pace in 2022 for similar production, she finds time to help the team with their development of additional automation tools. Vinck took it upon herself to record training videos that other underwriters could utilize that highlight tips, tricks and shortcuts to streamline the process. She is knowledgeable, makes herself available when needed and strives to go out of her way to help the sales team structure loans for the best possible outcome for borrowers.
