The company offers its mortgage products through channels including correspondent, wholesale, direct-to-consumer, retail, and through a network of joint venture partners. It also maintains a performing loan servicing division and a special servicing division.
Originally founded in 2007, NewRez is based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
