The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) is a trade association for small U.S. banks. It represents approximately 5,000 small and mid-sized financial institutions, and hosts conventions, publishes a monthly magazine and lobbies the United States Congress on issues relating to the banking industry.

Founded in 1930, ICBA is based in Washington, D.C.
