Reverse Mortgage USA, an Austin, Texas-based reverse mortgage banker, has named Ginger Mitchell as its new company president.
The company, formerly the largest reverse mortgage broker, now operates as a mortgage banker and through the process of converting into a bank, worked closely with Mitchell, who brings 30 years of real estate experience including commercial and residential projects.
Having worked with Reverse Mortgage USA as a consultant since January, Mitchell has also overseen the company’s captive title company, Patriot Settlement Services.
“Ginger brings to the company an expertise in ‘people,'” the company says, and in her operational control over various managers, will assist in developing Reverse Mortgage USA’s employee culture.
