Reverse Fortunes Adds New CRM and Improves Marketing Tools

image Reverse Fortunes rolled out a new set of features during its party at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego and Reverse Mortgage Daily got a first hand look at the new tools.

All of the updates were added with the individual reverse mortgage originator in mind and as someone who gets pitched on products and services all the time, it’s nice to hear someone is taking this approach.

Besides improving the design of the dashboard, the company added a new “Send A Card” feature which allows originators to customize thank you cards (or other mailings) and send them to their customers with just a few clicks.  So instead of spending hours stuffing envelopes for potential clients or customers, Reverse Fortunes handles all of the backend work so you can focus on working with clients.

The biggest addition comes in the form of a new customer relationship (CRM) system to replace the old ACT system.  ACT is a bloated piece of software that runs on your desktop but the new CMR solution from Kyliptix Solutions is web based and doesn’t require a large upfront investment like ACT.

The best feature of the CRM is that it gives originators the ability to run “quick quotes” for borrowers and if the customer qualifies, users can automatically push borrower data into the wholesalers system.

Starting in January, originators can submit their loan information to wholesalers using IBIS, Reverse Mortgage Solutions, and Reverse Vision software.

Reverse Fortunes also “teased” the release of its upcoming lead central feature which provides users an easy way to research and purchase leads directly through the system.  They expect this feature to be rolled out in January.

Last but not least the company added more customization features to its reverse mortgage websites.  Users can create their own custom reverse mortgage website for free to see the new options.
