Reverse mortgage technology, tools and training provider Reverse Focus, Inc. this week announced the addition of Elissa Shaner to join the company in the role of an account manager.
Shaner brings over 15 years of technical training experience, software implementation experience and, Reverse Focus notes, an “impressive record” of successful business development.
“In her short time here Elissa has greatly improved level of service and implementation of new clients to Reverse Focus and Sales Engine CRM,” said ReverseFocus President Shannon Hicks in a written statement.
Shaner’s background includes receiving accolades from universities and companies around the country in her past work as a technical trainer, including Cengage Learning and HSBC.
Previously, as an account executive at Turning Technologies, Shaner is credited with helping to build some of the company’s largest accounts, including the University of Washington, Boise State, CSU Chico and Humboldt State University.
“I was most impressed with her ‘raving fans’ approach to customer service,” said Eric Hiatt, Reverse Focus chief executive officer, in a written statement. “Elissa is solely dedicated to assisting companies and lenders to implement Reverse Focus technologies into their business practices for growth and improved efficiency.”
