Shares of Toll Brothers Inc. and Lennar Corp. were moving in opposite directions Thursday after Barclays Capital shuffled its ratings on the home builders. In a research note Thursday, analyst Megan McGrath cut her rating on luxury builder Toll to equal weight from overweight and upgraded Lennar to overweight from equal weight.
