Timios National Corp., a provider of real estate services, announced its expansion into the title insurance market by acquiring Glenn County Title Co., a title company serving businesses and residents in Glenn County, Calif., an article in MortgageOrb explains. 

Based in Westlake Village, Calif., Timios will fully absorb GCTC as part of the deal, the article explained.
