Maguire Properties’ founder and former chief executive proposed to take over three of the company’s Southern California properties. In a letter, Robert Maguire III proposed to assume the loans on KPMG Tower, US Bank Tower and Plaza Las Fuentes. Rising said he would bring up the former CEO’s proposal at a Tuesday board meeting.
