LenderLive Network appointed Stephen Hewins executive vice president of operations Tuesday. In his new position, Hewins will lead all phases of mortgage fulfillment operations, a branch of mortgage servicing that focuses on deal closing, funding and post-closing services. “Stephen has a rich mortgage industry background and an outstanding ability to analyze complex problems and cultivate productive business partnerships,” said Rick Seehausen, chief executive officer of LenderLive. “He is an organizational leader and we know he will bring a wealth of leadership and industry knowledge to our company.” As an industry veteran, Hewins most recently served as director of post-funding at Capital One Home Loans, a subsidiary of Capital One Bank. Before that, Hewins spent 20 years at Wachovia, now owned by Wells Fargo, where he was program manager and senior vice president of the Wachovia Pick-a-Payment Refinance Program.
