In a Denver Post article, the metro area home prices rerturned to 2007 levels.
The median price of residential homes was $250,000 in November, compared to $255,000 in October and up from $230,000 from the previous year.
“In the second half of this year, under-contracts and sales have been neck-and-neck,” Metrolist president Kirby Slunaker said. “When you take the steadily dropping days-on-market figures into account and factor in the pace of under-contracts to sales, we assume December to close out strong. This is good news for sellers.”
