PHH Corp. board member Ann Logan has resigned to pursue other personal and professional opportunities. The provider of mortgage and vehicle fleet management services said late Thursday that Logan will be replaced by Deborah Reif, who will also serve on its finance and risk management committee. Reif previously served as CEO and president of General Electric’s equipment services unit. Last month PHH reported that it returned to a fourth-quarter profit as it cut costs and loan volume grew.
