Austin, Texas-based lender Open Mortgage is expanding its reverse mortgage service offerings in Nevada with the opening of a new branch location near the Tahoe area.
The new branch located in Incline Village will report to Joe Morris, the company’s senior vice president of reverse lending.
“This new Open Mortgage office in Nevada has our reverse-focused infrastructure team for underwriting, shipping, and funding functions of our business,” Morris said. “Our presence in Nevada offer our valued senior clients the excellent customer service they deserve in order to achieve their financial solutions for the best time of their lives, their golden years.”
Morris assumed his role as SVP of Reverse Lending with Open Mortgage in August 2012.
In April, Morris led the opening of the company’s new reverse mortgage headquarters in Atlanta.
Rick Sweeney, a mortgage industry veteran with over ten years of experience, will head up the Nevada branch. Sweeney has been serving Nevada residents for the past four years and will assist seniors in their pursuit of financial solutions with reverse mortgage solutions, Open Mortgage stated in a release.
