It seems that buyers and sellers are now aware of the transition from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market. In Redfin‘s latest survey, 45% stated they believe it is a good time to sell, up from 22% last quarter.

However, only 44% believe it is a good time to buy, down from 54% last quarter. Of those polled, 52% of respondents indicated that they were planning to sell, up from 49% in the first quarter.
