Next Generation Financial Services (NGFS), a division of 1st Mariner Bank announced that it added Robert Wallace as a Regional Manager. Wallace has been in the reverse mortgage business since 1994 and was an area sales manager for Financial Freedom. Prior to joining NGFS, Wallace was the eastern Sales Director for 1st Reverse Financial Services.
“We have expanded our recruiting to include experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers as part of the development of a national support effort for programs implemented by NGFS,” said Brett Carter, Founding Partner of Next Generation Financial Services. “The experience and talent Bob brings to NGFS will allow us to effectively manage this growth”
Wallace will help NGFS expand its sales force and has plans to add 100 full time loan officers nationwide in 2009. As a division of 1st Mariner Bank, the company is licensed in all 50 states and is a direct Fannie Mae lender.
According to HUD’s Neighborhood Watch, the company endorsed 713 HECMs over the last 12 months.
