Housing counseling agency Debt Management Credit Counseling Corp. (DMCCC) announced today it has been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide reverse mortgage counseling for its clients.
The agency provides reverse mortgage counseling over the phone nationwide, as well as face-to-face in its Lighthouse Point, Florida office location.
“It is imperative that any senior considering a reverse mortgage fully understand all the mortgage terms and conditions.”, said Jason Athas, DMCC Manager of Educational Services.
The agency also offers “emergency” reverse mortgage counseling for anyone in need of a reverse mortgage to cover the cost of a medical emergency, or to avoid foreclosure.
