Mortgage Services III, LLC (MSI), a subsidiary of First State Bank announced that it has added  Brian Boyles as the Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Boyles will be responsible for business and market development and brings over 15 years of mortgage banking industry experience to MSI.  Prior to joining MSI, Brian was President of Real Estate Lending at American Bank and Trust.

"I am extremely pleased that Brian has joined the executive management team of MSI,” said Mark Young, President and CEO of Mortgage Services III.  “Brian has a proven and successful track record in developing mortgage platforms."

Mr. Young continued, "Having known Brian for a number of years I am excited about the talent he brings to our already successful company. He is a great addition."

MSI opened a reverse mortgage division last month and currently has eight reverse originators.  In addition, the company has a wholesale and correspondent division.
