Linear Title & Closing will soon launch an online portal that allows Linear clients to access their personal database of transaction information.

The database includes the completed mortgage package, a detailed analysis of the flow of mortgage funds, any rebates that are due and proof of the mortgage recording. 

Current Linear clients—including lenders, realtors and servicing companies—already have access to all of the documents related to their transactions.

The new portal will expand upon this service, allowing users to guarantee transactions are handled in a timely manner. The portal also will serve as a database for consumers to refer back to documents associated with their transactions.

Nick Liuzza, president of Linear Title said, "We have promoted transparency since the inception of our business in 2005. We believe it is the only way to operate a national title agency."

Consumers are able to opt out of the portal to keep their information from going online.
