Liberty Hires Dennis Loxton as Division Sales Manager

Top-10 reverse mortgage industry lender Liberty Home Equity Solutions, Inc. this week announced the hiring of Dennis Loxton, CFP, CRMP, as its newest Division Sales Manager.

Loxton, whose addition to Liberty became effective December 14, 2015, will oversee the company’s Southeast Retail Field Region.

Formerly the Regional Vice President at 1st Financial Reverse Mortgages, Loxton will focus on growing Liberty’s retail field channel in the southern U.S. A reverse mortgage industry veteran, Loxton’s extensive background includes developing the industry’s only suite of proprietary products.

“Dennis brings high energy, a tireless work ethic, and professionalism honed through his 20+ years of experience in the financial services world,” said Liberty’s National Retail Sales Field Leader Paul Scheper in a prepared statement. “His proven track record of success will translate well to our field team.”

In his new role with the company, Loxton joins Liberty’s field team Division Sales Managers Luigi Cingolani (Southwest) and Bill Donofrio (North Atlantic).

“Adding Dennis to an already experienced and focused management team will be a huge benefit as we continue to nationally build our field team through our financial planning, HECM for Purchase and retail origination program initiatives,” Scheper said.

Liberty is currently developing and implementing several projects for its sales team, according to Scheper, and is pushing ahead with a strategic game plan the company implemented late last year, including continuing education for Realtors and other professionals.

“Liberty has dedicated significant resources to mastering the changes to the FHA reverse mortgage program, and we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the value we can bring to a loan originator’s practice,” Scheper said.
