Landmark Network Hires Gloria Betancourt to AMC Sales Team

National appraisal management company Landmark Network has hired reverse mortgage veteran Gloria Betancourt to its national sales team.

Betancourt, who has worked previously for Urban Financial and Moneyhouse, brings more than 17 years of experience in retail banking spanning work with other lenders including Reverse Mortgage Solutions, MCM Holdings, TCF Bank, AVS Bank and Wells Fargo. She began work in the reverse mortgage industry in 2008 when she joined Urban Financial Group as an account executive.

She will serve as senior vice president of national sales for North Hollywood, Calif.-based Landmark, where she will lead national corporate sales growth for the company.

“I am very excited to tackle this new challenge and join one of the top AMCs in the industry,” Betancourt said of her new role with Landmark. “I am looking forward to taking excellent care of our current client base while helping Landmark grow by utilizing the knowledge I have amassed over the years, especially of the loan origination process.”

Betancourt will be tasked with growth both in the forward and reverse mortgage appraisal management divisions of Landmark, which has grown as an AMC and valuation company since its inception. It has been named by Inc. Magazine among the publication’s Fastest Growing Companies list in both 2011 and 2012 as well as top mortgage service provider in 2013 by Mortgage Executive Magazine.

“Gloria has been a long time industry friend and client and I have always been impressed with her ability to build solid working relationships, develop sales strategy and expertise of the loan origination process,” said Erik Richard, Landmark CEO. “Given her outstanding track record and wealth of knowledge, I am thrilled by her choice to join our sales team.”
