In its continued expansion throughout the U.S., reverse mortgage appraisal management company Landmark Network this week opened a Boston branch office. The Los Angeles-based AMC also operates an office in Atlanta, which it opened in May, and has a reverse mortgage division focused specifically on HECM appraisals.
The expansion also brings new personnel to Landmark including industry veterans Burton Kliman and William Loud. Kliman, a title and closing attorney, will serve as Landmark’s Boston branch manager, overseeing the company’s New England, New York and New Jersey business development initiatives. Loud, who formerly led business development for Boston Title, will serve as SVP of sales and marketing.
“Placing a team on the ground in Boston gives the Landmark operation an opportunity to stay well connected to our existing lender network while growing our client base,” said Erik Richard, CEO of Landmark.
The company operates in 49 states and Puerto Rico.
