Iwayloan announced it has opened a new retail loan origination branch office in Pennsylvania that will have an emphasis on reverse mortgages.
Located in Hanover, PA, the branch will be managed by Darrin Dunn and assist consumers with a full range of home loan products and services. “Darrin and his team bring significant experience to Iwayloan, particularly with their knowledge and expertise in reverse mortgage lending. This will enhance our ability to serve our customers,” said Larry Lobb, Managing Director of Iwayloan.
According to the company, Dunn has been originating for ten years, most recently he was an originator with Service First Mortgage Inc.
Plans for the new branch office include adding additional loan officers over the next few months, and presenting informational seminars on reverse mortgage products for seniors. Dunn said he is “excited to be joining Iwayloan. They have great people and have built a platform that delivers – most importantly for the customers, but also for the people in the branch offices.”
The announcement comes just a few weeks after Iwayloan added Jonathan W. Fowler as Director of National Product to direct the expansion of the company through retail branch offices. “The addition of the Hanover branch office is part of our overall expansion. We will continue to grow in selected areas,” said Fowler.
