iReverse Adds Kathleen Robles to Lead New Reverse Mortgage Branch

iReverse Home Loans recently announced that it has added reverse mortgage industry specialist, Kathleen Robles, to lead the company’s growth efforts in Springfield, Mo.

Robles, a Certified Senior Advisor, brings 30 years of customer service to her new role at iReverse—10 of which have been focused on originating reverse mortgages.

“[Robles’] dedication to serving the senior market is also evident by her commitment to education,” iReverse stated in a release. “Mrs. Robles has helped seniors to clearly understand their options by teaching in community education programs, conducting educational seminars and by participating in several government and faith-based senior events.”

From the new Springfield branch, Robles will serve seniors throughout the local community, though she is authorized to assist prospective borrowers nationwide.

Joining iReverse was an easy decision for Robles, who said the company came “highly recommended from a friend” in the reverse mortgage industry.

“It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made,” Robles said in a written statement. “Now I can continue to enjoy serving the senior community by helping them to make the rest of their years, the best of their years.”

When it comes to expansion, iReverse doesn’t typically look at a specific geographic region, says Kenneth Klawans, president at iReverse Home Loans.

“We look for extraordinary reverse mortgage professionals who can grow their business utilizing the benefits we offer, specifically the ability to originate in 30+ states nationwide and the most aggressive compensation package in the industry,” Klawans told RMD via email.

Headquartered in Baltimore, iReverse Home Loans is a subsidiary of Hopkins Federal Savings Bank.
