Great Oak Lending Hires New Reverse Mortgage VP, Targets Growth

Timonium, Maryland-based Great Oak Lending Partners announced this week the company has hired Carol Dujanovich as Vice President of reverse mortgage operations. Dujanovich was the first remote underwriter for Urban Financial Group. She later relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma and served as the company’s associate vice president of wholesale operations.

In her position at Great Oak Lending, Dujanovich will be responsible for providing reverse mortgage underwriting, review and support of the reverse mortgage division, the company said.

“We are very excited to have Carol on our reverse team. We intend to grow both the reverse side and forward division,” said Jeff Cooper, CEO. “We are looking forward to growing both, slow and steady. This acquisition further secures our foothold as a National Top 25 reverse mortgage lender and will help us maximize our efforts to continue our growth.”

Great Oak has closed more than 300 reverse mortgages in the last 12 months, according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development data.
