Reverse mortgage industry veteran Nancy Armour has joined Generation Mortgage as director of wholesale support, the company announced Tuesday.
With 20 years of reverse mortgage experience, Armour most recently served as director of underwriting and client services for Wendover Consulting and previously held a number of positions with Financial Freedom.
In her new wholesale sales support role with Generation, Armour will lead the company’s wholesale support team efforts toward building partner relationships and customer service.
“In an increasingly competitive marketplace, having the right leaders is an important element to success,” said Kim Kerrigan Smith, executive vice president of sales. “We believe that Nancy Armour is the right leader for our wholesale support team. She will have an immediate positive impact on partner relationships and help Generation Mortgage maintain its leadership position in the reverse mortgage industry.”
